Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handling RLFR accounts. Nature of the job - PXQ closure monthly/ Quarterly, implementation of terms of trade and its check, work with region sales teams & category team of RLFR on supply demand management.
  • Drive weekly Sales out/sell through in collaboration with regional teams, to gain SOW for defined accounts.
  • SPOC for promotion closure monthly/ Quarterly.
  • Work with account marketing team to get us a better SOV’s and SOS place during key sales / festive periods.
  • Work with the central Merchandising teams on product placement and drive through put.
  • Work with Claims team of both accounts and ours to have zero pendency’s.
  • Work along with the Account Operation team to enable better services AR% on our PC’s.
  • Discuss the price band and our stack ranking in those.

Experience & Qualification

  • Full time residential MBA
  • 5 to 7 + years post MBA.
  • Experience in Industry / company which sales solution.
  • Go getter/ self-motivated and high achiever
  • Learning ability and change adaptability
