Description and Requirements
Key role:
This Sales Rep will be focused in selling product(s) to assigned commercial customers, successfully executing and strengthening REL segment strategy for country territory and achieving sales targets (quota) including weekly forecasts.
The focus will be on relationship sales to retain, develop and acquire end-user accounts
Responsibilities:
- Full corporate account management, identifying business opportunities, achieving assigned financial/non-financial goals, and opportunities to increase ‘wallet share’ within assigned clients and business partners.
- Understand assigned clients and business partner’s business requirements; apply knowledge of Lenovo products and/or solutions to help clients and business partners to meet their business objectives.
- Will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support.
- Under minimum direction, develops commercial relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners’ business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
· BA Degree in Administration, Marketing, or similar careers
· 3-5 years relevant experience in account management (enterprise / corporate sales in HW Technology industry).
· Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment
· Knowledge of Dynamics / SAP is a plus.
Skills:
· Proven ability to penetrate, acquire and transition sales opportunities.
· Client orientation and highly developed win-win mentality
· Excellent communication skills (persuasive sales communication is a must)
· Strong organizational and planning skills and a working knowledge of the IT Industry
· Analytical Thinking and problem resolution oriented.
· High accountability and self-motivation (able to work independently with little supervision).
