Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

  1. ‌协议执行与复杂对账‌：独立负责rebate协议的全流程执行，审核PRC&ROW供应商数据及rebate计算逻辑，确保rebate计算及收款的时效及准确率；
  2. Rebate管理与预测：有效管理rebate协议，提升rebate FCST预测准确率，根据协议进行预提。
  3. ‌应收款项管理‌：主导逾期rebate款项的催收策略制定，协调采购、法务与财务团队处理紧急、重要案例，优化现金流效率‌；完善内部回收入账、清帐管理，保证信息一致性。
  4. ‌合规与审计支持‌：建立标准化rebate执行SOP，主导内外部审计准备工作，确保合规性；
  5. ‌跨部门协同‌：作为核心接口协调销售、供应链及海外团队，解决跨境业务中的多币种结算、汇率波动等复杂问题‌；
  6. ‌流程优化与系统升级‌：推动rebate管理模块的数字化升级（如RPA自动化对账、BI可视化看板），分析完善dashboard，逐步降低人工干预比例。

‌岗位要求：

  1. 教育背景‌：本科及以上学历，财务、会计，电子消费，供应链管理或国际商务专业优先，持有CMA/CPA证书者加分‌；
  2. ‌经验要求‌：3-5年消费电子行业返利管理经验 ，熟悉电子产品中芯片供应商rebate规则，熟悉手机及平板制造行业者优先‌；
  3. ‌技能要求‌：1) 精通Excel高级函数及Power BI数据建模，具备SAP使用经验‌；2) 深入理解国际结算流程（如信用证、TT支付），熟悉贸易术语（Incoterms）及外汇风险管理工具‌；3) 英语CET-6/TEM-4以上，可熟练撰写英文商务协议及跨境会议主持‌；‌
  4. 软性素质‌：具备战略视角及风险预判能力，曾在高压环境下成功推动跨时区多团队协作项目‌。
