Description and Requirements

Position Responsibilities

1/Responsible for the hiring delivery from screening to successfully onboarding in assigned territory/ BUs, compliance with the recruiting process and guideline and be accountable for data accuracy in recruiting system.
2/Balanced usage on sourcing channels to meet the KPIs including but not limited to: lead time, hiring cost, hire volume, monitor the ongoing hiring cases with progress in healthy cadence.
3/Mapping out local talents and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactive passive candidates. 
4/Partner with HRBPs and HMs for hiring forecast and contributes valuable inputs in candidate selection, offer negotiation and hiring promotion.
5/Participate in campus hiring program and other recruitment programs, take other assignments per requirement.

Position Requirements: 

1/At least 1 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills and could handle high volume hiring requests. 
2/Always being accountable, self-motivated, willing to help, passionate to recruitment work, could work under pressure.
3/With good communication skills and being maturely to handle conflicts, talented to explore and leverage resources from both internal and external.
4/Bachelor Degree or above, with good English in both oral and written.
