Description and Requirements

Regional Manager- South & West 

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Enable regional sales team on 3X3 to achieve revenue and sales volume targets, maintain margins and achieve share goal as detailed in budgets and business plans for 3x3 Biz (S&P Accessories, Visuals & Services).
  • Work with regional sales team to drive Sellout and Sell- through (in line with weekly / monthly / quarterly objectives). Ensure growth of Lenovo in terms of T3 reach, actively set out to achieve and exceed objectives for market penetration.
  • Maximize sales of services. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth and adoption of new products and services and upsell premium services.
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Sync up supply demand along with category team , supply demand team and region.
  • Working with T1 Distributors & T2 Sellers to ensure stock availability (Sell-in & Sell-thru) as per plan and partner requirements.
  • Develop channel capacity and drive product placement to ensure visibility and reach of 3X3.
  • Manage channel partner relationships and ensure that they have adequate support.
