Description and Requirements
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana – India
Coverage area: Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Travel: Yes - travel across Ap and TS. Quarterly travel to Mumbai and or Bangalore. (Additional travel within India if required.)
Functional description and requirements
Manage a field force of Area Managers and In Store Promoters spread across the two states.
Work closely with key account holders to drive business objectives as laid out by the company.
Maintain retail hygiene by monitoring and controlling prices and product placement on the shop floor.
Plan and execute on monthly targets (Volume and Value) across product lines.
Develop sales plans to drive Premium and Gaming product sales.
Develop sales plan to drive and grow services as a product, Value added services Maintain, track and drive market share of the company across product lines.
Drive Services as a business in the region
Co-ordinate with marketing team to drive regional activities.
Drive CX engagement in the region.
Timely training of partners and field team on Lenovo product lines against competition
Analyze and share timely feedback with management on competition product lines to enhance revenue and grow sales.
