Description and Requirements

First and foremost is to support the LATAM (except Brazil) Marketing team ensuring that all digital campaigns (Social, Display, SEM, Video, email, affiliate, etc.) are fully supported and integrated with regional strategy.

Responsible also for all social media strategy and delivery operation in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc. Lead a team of Community Managers that are the direct contact with customers to solve their needs in holistic way (warranty, ecommerce, sales, technical questions, etc.).

Drive the Data & Analytics Program for LAS in MIDAS and also the Demand Generation Program. This includes BBDD management, growth and cleaning but also all marketing activities around email marketing campaigns in MARKETO and the Leads Programs that is integrated to MDynamics.

Also will be responsible for driving the integration of rich content into the retail eCommerce ecosystem. This include content management of product and integration with our existing 3rd party partners.

Last but not least is the localization of Tech Today Commercial Portal for LAS. This activity includes interlock with internal product teams, localization and translation of content and partnering with agencies to upload content into a CMS.

It also entails supporting all Global, regional and local teams and Business Units, to ensure full integration into all their programs, campaigns and launches.

All of this must be done while insuring an integrated approach to all that we do, with close collaboration and learning across different discipline areas and across the wider team, pioneering new ideas.

Position Requirements:

Advanced level of English (fluent in speaking and writing).

College / University degree in Marketing / Digital Media or related.

Min of 7 years of experience in working at an enterprise level. (B2C and B2B)

Project management and expert level skills of MS Office Suit (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Omniture/Google Analytics, Marketo, MDynamics, MIDAS, CoData and Ariba.

Effectively manage budgets, raising Purchase Orders, checking and approving invoices, and providing Proof Of Executions to ensure full alliance reimbursement with no overspend and with no losses or exposure.

Proven leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across multiple reporting levels, including executives. With experience establishing metrics, analyzing data and developing dashboards and reporting, including executive reporting.

Be proactive and consultative key team player, able to work on their own initiative. Highly structured individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple simultaneous projects and keep a holistic view in perspective.

Strong decision-making skills with ability to think proactively and problem solve; ability to negotiate and influence others, manage multiple diverse points yet driving consensus & alignment.

Independent, self-starter with a “take charge” attitude and proven ability to work in a fast paced environment; comfortable leading, following and improving upon new and existing processes
