Description and Requirements

・Develop entire ecommerce marketing strategy and conduct executions to drive direct business, working with the MD, peer team members within direct team and peer segment marketing/sales team.

・eCommerce Marketing focus are as follows

             - Demand generation for target customers, BtoB and BtoC.  Conduct not only traditional media but also expected to deliver the new approach.

             - Elaborate the joint marketing approach with key alliance partners such as Intel, AMD, Microsoft so on.  Also expected to expand the partnership.

             - For BtoB business, develop effective and efficient customer life cycle management in acquisition, development, and retention.

・Lead, Manage, coach and develop digital marketing team members

・Lead and organize entire marketing process working with SOP, 4P and each Route owner to support and drive entire direct business

・Develop eCommerce demand generation program to make shoppers choose products over competitors’ by seamless execution of campaign execution, site experience design, and program design (offer and pricing).

・Develop and implement regional eCommerce strategy and global guidance with cross functional teams; Regional Marketing and Web development team.

・Strategize & plan quarterly demand generation plan for the entire region eCommerce business

・Own & manage quarterly eCommerce budget for the region & handle allocation of alliance money. Centrally manage paid media & non paid media agencies across the region to drive optimal performance

Drive synergies & central campaigns to increase speed to market & execution excellence

Manage media agency and creative agency for campaign implementation.

Develop Media strategy via social networks and related online flatform and manage its execution.

About You

  • Min. 10 years of experience in the eCommerce business management & demand generation, ideally managing brand.com in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Experienced with tools such as Tableau and Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,
  • Experienced in managing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Experience in the tech / IT industry
  • The ability to distil data into simple themes that are appropriate for senior and/or non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good understanding of digital analytics, sales performance related metrics, ecommerce related metrics able to identify trend and distil insights to enhance site performance.
  • Collaborative nature, ability to influence and facilitate productive conversations across multiple cultures and preferences.
  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to ever changing business needs.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

About the organization and team

・Greater Asia Pacific Ecommerce team is responsible for all direct business across the region targeting consumer and small/medium business.   Sales routes are mainly online but includes brand.com, tele sales, chat sales and O2O sales. 

・Total team are around ~100 members. 

・ Basic Organization structure of this position as follows 

 - Manager  : Regional eCommerce director & GM

 - Subordinates  : ~8-10

 - Number of Peers : 7-8
