Aquisição de novos clientes através telefone, chat e email, de forma receptiva e ativa, utilizando scripts

Atendimento a pessoas físicas, enviando cotações e auxiliando no fechamento de pedidos

Contribuir para o aumento de base de clientes Lenovo através dos nossos programas de relacionamento, tais como Lenovo Educacional e CEPP

Prover consultoria técnica ao cliente a respeito do portfolio Lenovo

Entender a necessidade técnica do cliente e recomendar a melhor solução

Atingimento das metas trimestrais de vendas, observando as metricas de produtividade

Manter a organização do pipeline de vendas, alinhado com a execução das campanhas de marketing
