Description and Requirements

The retail marketing role leads the creation and execution of campaigns working with internal stakeholders, to drive sales and provide any marketing support focused to grow and develop of retail accounts as part of the consumer segment team. The role is responsible for leading programs such as seasonal campaigns (back to school, black Friday, etc), 360 plans to launch new products in the channel, point of sale execution like merchandising, training, runs co marketing media campaigns and supports the sales team in any need to drive sell out of Lenovo products. Work with all internal areas to drive the best experience for consumers and marketing activities to achieve the goals of the business.

The role is responsible for:
  • Leading seasonal programs such as back to school, holidays, dads and grads, etc. 
  • Supporting 360 plans to new product launches and the point of sale execution's. 
  • Work with all internal areas to drive the best experience for consumers and marketing activities to achieve the goals of the business with the Lenovo portfolio. 
  • Support the retail business with marketing action to achieve the sales goals: Brief agencies or internal areas to support the different needs of the account 
  • Work with the agency for merchandising implementation and deployment on the channel. 
  • Lead new products launches in the channel. 
  • Work with the retail partners to get the best activities from the budgets making sure the actions are aligned to business objectives. 
  • Work on media strategies offsite and onsite of the customer  
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years experience in retail marketing
  • Capable in Microsoft Office and Google Docs 
  • Knowledgeable/interest in tech industry 
  • Driven individual with entrepreneurial mindset ready to work in startup like environment 
  • Experience managing promotional calendar, promotion feed, product launches,  product feed, and partner with internal teams (ecommerce operations, sales, marketing, web publishing and content) to execute and launch 
  • Experience in ecommerce operations activities that could include detailed updates on deliverables, tracking inventory, pricing and promotion set up
