Description and Requirements
Responsible for end-to-end reverse and repair management,
1.Manage the end-to-end reverse logistics to monitor backlog, delivery plan, turnaround time, yield, and drive improvements.
2. Monitor and improve repair vendor performance including repair yield, turnaround time, return rate, repair capacity, costs, etc.
3. Data analytics to drive performance improvement
4. Develop and implement reverse and repair strategy to optimize performance, drive continuous improvement and achieve operational goals.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Operation or relevant
2. 3+ years’ experience in project management or supply chain or business operation
3. Basic supply chain knowledge
4. Excellent skills on PPT making and presentation
5. Skill of data analysis tool like BI tools is preferred
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skill
7. Strong English skill – verbal, written and executive presentations.
