Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive utilization of Solution Manager in managing the technical landscape
2. Work and manage any 3rd party system integrator and application support teams
3. Displays a strong work ethic and sense of urgency according to ITIL methodology for incident, change, service request and problem management
4. SAP Basis Administration including analysis of the SAP system log, monitoring of processes, analysis and clean-up of update terminations, analysis and clean-up of lock entries and checking for ABAP dumps
5. Transports & Change Control including the release and transfer of transport orders, maintain transport protocols, plan and implement regularly scheduled change requests, resolve technical and functional transport problems and document transport activities
6. Support and implementation of Systems Management processes (Backup, Disaster-Recovery, Transport, ALM)
7. Troubleshooting and Monitoring of SAP provided services and ensuring the availability of the services
8. Work with internal staff and external vendors to resolve day-to-day technical issues
9. Manage Early Watch and Go-Live checks, SAPGUI deployment
10. Application server load balancing, printer troubleshooting and spool administration
11. Manage overall SAP note implementations
12. Support other SAP Basis related work contents according to the product & service category of BBA SAP Basis team
13. Support and implementation of Systems Installation & Upgrading
14.Familiar with solution manager.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in SAP operation service with multiple Industries(≥5 Years)- Experience in SAP ECC & S/4 system administration(≥5 Years)
- Experience in SAP ECC & S/4 system configuration administration (≥5 Years)
- Experience in SAP note management and transportation (≥5 Years years)
- Experience in SAP database administration (>2 Years years)
- Skills to manage SAP system on cloud is mandatory
- Linux OS operation administration and skills
- ITIL and Agile methodology knowledge, and ITSM process tool and ATC tool
-Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
