Description and Requirements

工作内容：

1. 负责SAP客户云标准运维，Basis, HANA DB a) 了解SAP Cloud，process and procedure， CEM，CDM，TSM，PC3 rules b) 24*7 SAP 客户运维技术支持，疑难问题的快速响应。 c) 精通SAP S/4 HANA系统的日常监控，参数优化，后台作业管理，日志分析，安全问题修复；

2. 负责客户的项目支持； a) SAP Basis 运维管理体系和技能。 流程管理技能 b) SAP S4/HANA系统安装，配置，升级在不同的平台（应用/数据库/OS） c) 根据甲方客户的需求， 定制化的给出解决方案 d) 能够熟练使用SAP S4/HANA，了解SAP公有云和私有云 ；


岗位要求：

1. 6年或以上SAP BASIS经验，甲乙方都可，热爱SAP行业，熟悉SAP未来趋势，专业的客户服务意识； 

2. 积极主动，责任心强，有较好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，有较强的承压能力，学习能力强； 

3. 资深的系统分析、架构设计和文档编写能力，能有效解决问题；

4.  熟悉SAP S4/HANA 相关产品S4/ECC/CRM/BW/SLM等系统，掌握SAP BTP产品系统安装，升级、迁移经验；

5. 掌握AIX、Linux等操作系统的基本管理, 精通ITSM系统操作流程，熟悉GXP流程规范；

6. 有SAP S4/HANA cloud PE 工作经验优先， 有SAP CEM,PC3工作经验优先；精通Oracle，DB2相关工作者优先 ；

7. 英语可以作为工作语言。
