工作内容：

1. 负责客户的SAP Basis 标准运维 a) 24*7 SAP 客户运维技术支持 （早班，中班，夜班），疑难问题的快速响应。 b) 精通SAP S/4 HANA系统的日常监控，参数优化，后台作业管理，日志分析，安全问题修复 c) 具备丰富的SAP HANA经验，熟悉SAP系统的架构，解决方案和运维模式； d) 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解SAP英文文档，能够流利地使用英语进行沟通； e) 具备良好的责任心，能够负责任地执行工作，高效完成工作任务 2. 负责客户的项目支持； a) SAP S4/HANA系统安装，配置，升级在不同的平台（应用/数据库/OS） b) 根据甲方客户的需求， 定制化的给出解决方案 c) 能够熟练使用SAP S4/HANA，了解SAP公有云和私有云 3. 能够胜任一定强度和压力下的工作 1. Responsible for SAP Basis standard operation service: a) 24*7 SAP Basis operation shift (morning shift, day shift, night shift), quick response to system difficult issue and problems. b) Strong experience on SAP S/4 HANA system performance monitoring, parameter optimization, background jobs management, system log analysis, security issue, patching and notes implementation. c) Rich experience on SAP HANA, familiar with SAP system architecture, operation and solutions. d) Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand SAP manual and process documents, able to communicate in English fluently. e) Good sense of responsibility, passionate and complete tasks efficiently. 2. Responsible for customer project support. a) SAP S4/HANA system installation, configuration, and upgrade on difference platforms (Application, DB and OS) b) Provide customized solutions according to customers requirement. c) Professional on SAP S4/HANA, familiar with SAP Cloud. 3. Strong pressure bearing ability.

6年或以上SAP BASIS经验，甲乙方都可，热爱SAP行业，熟悉SAP未来趋势，专业的客户服务意识； 积极主动，责任心强，有较好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，有较强的承压能力，学习能力强； 资深的系统分析、架构设计和文档编写能力，能有效解决问题 熟悉SAP S4/HANA 相关产品S4/ECC/CRM/BW/SLM等系统，掌握SAP BTP产品系统安装，升级、迁移经验 掌握AIX、Linux等操作系统的基本管理, 精通ITSM系统操作流程，熟悉GXP流程规范. 有SAP S4/HANA cloud PE 工作经验优先， 有SAP CEM,PC3工作经验优先 精通Oracle，DB2相关工作者优先 英语听读写能力 全日制本科及以上学历；

6+ years of SAP BASIS experience. Proactive, strong communication and teamwork skills, strong pressure bearing ability and quick learning ability. Professional skills on SAP HANA system analysis and architecture design skill, can effectively solve problems Familiar with SAP products like SAP ECC/BW/PI/SM, familiar with SAP BTP product system installation, upgrade, migration. Familiar with the basic management of AIX, Linux Familiar with ITSM system process, experience on SAP GXP system process. SAP S4/HANA cloud PE system installation, configuration (Build) related work experience is preferred SAP customer engagement manger and PC3 support experience if preferred. Master the operation of Oracle, DB2 database is preferred. Verbal and written communication skills with English. Full time bachelor’s degree or above.
