Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责客户的SuSE系统及企业云平台标准运维： a) 24*7 SAP客户运维 技术支持（早班，中班，夜班），常见问题的快速响应； b) 负责SuSE Linux系统的日常监控，日志分析，版本升级，文件系统管理，安全漏洞修复； c) 具备公有云运维经验，熟悉防火墙规则配置，了解运维模式； d) 具备英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解SAP英文文档； e) 能够负责高效地执行工作任务。 

2. 负责客户的项目支持： a) SuSE for SAP系统安装，配置，升级在不同的平台（公有云/VMware/物理机）； b) 文件系统管理及安全补丁安装； c) 了解SAP公有云和私有云。 

3. 能够胜任一定强度和压力下的工作。

岗位要求：

1. 2年及以上Linux系统运维经验（甲乙方均可）,了解操作系统、虚拟化、云平台； 

2. 积极主动，责任心强，有较好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，有较强的承压能力，学习能力强，专业的客户服务意识； 

3. 具备系统故障分析和文档编写能力，能及时有效地解决常见问题； 了解VMware或Azure、AWS运维流程； 

4. 了解ITSM系统操作流程，熟悉GXP流程规范； 了解Ansible，Shell、Python、Perl等脚本语言。
