Description and Requirements

Achieve/Exceed FY2122 Sales Budget & ASP (Revenue, Margin & CA)

Drive CAP strategic product focus

Services: Increase Pen Rate to 8% and Premier Support Attach Rate to 50%

Options: Increase Pen Rate to 8%

Operational Performance

  • Own TH MM business and ensure quarterly targets are delivered
  • Focused on RAD Small accounts and drive winover and activation of acquisition accounts
  • Drive the business on fundamentals
  • Ensure the weekly predictability through timely funnel update and conversion. Drive quarterly 2x pipeline built
  • Meet Activity target: Daily In/Out outbound calls (1.5 hours daily/15 successful calls) and others required inside sales activities

Customer experience: CX Priority (Prioritizing Customer Centricity)

  • Ensure highest level of Customer Engagement. Be sure to fully address their concerns.
  • Create a better understanding of your customers through data integration and analysis.
  • Listen to customer feedback to better understand their needs
