What will be your key responsibilities?
• Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Provide insights to internal teams to adjust and improve sales strategies
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets
• Train and support resellers on Lenovo’s product portfolio, benefits, and features
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates
• Work closely with 4P, Ops, Marketing and Sales/Distribution teams to execute sales initiatives
What do we expect from you?
• 3-5 years of sales experience in IT/PC hardware, preferably within the SMB segment
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the SMB customer base and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and result-driven approach.
• Fluent Russian and good command of English is an advantage
• Understanding and in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.
• Experience in the market of Uzbekistan is highly desirable
