Description and Requirements

We are looking for Technical Pre-sales Specialist of Lenovo data-center products and technologies, who will be engaged in active pre-sales support of all Lenovo ISG solutions (Servers, Storage arrays, HCI, SDS, etc) in SMB accounts.

Your goal will be to provide technical pre-sales support to develop SMB opportunities through Lenovo channel. In order to support company’s business in Russia, you will be working closely with Lenovo SMB sales team along with the company’s business partners and distributors.


These are your detailed responsibilities:

∙ Proactively support Lenovo SMB sales team with product advice, configuration, proposal support, pricing, presentations

∙ Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements

∙ Design complex business solutions based on customers and BPs’ requirements

∙ Develop new and existing SMB accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations working in cooperation with Lenovo SMB sales team and business partners

∙ Be a trusted advisor for defined SMB customers, use relationship management techniques to flourish cooperation and establish new opportunities

∙ Keep Lenovo SMB sales team and their customers’ technical knowledge up to date by sharing information about data-center products and technologies relevant to their industry

∙ Create configurations of Lenovo ISG solutions using stock options currently available in Lenovo RU distributors’ warehouses.


Organization

You will report to Sales Engineering Senior Manager  supporting customers in  Russia and EECA. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
