As our SMB and Channel Leader, you will be responsible for our IDG products (PC, tablets and services) sales to SMB customers while working with and develop our distributors and channel partners for the SMB segment. You will lead our SMB sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for our SMB customers.


These are your detailed responsibilities:

·       Understand our SMB customers’ needs for our Lenovo IDG products and maintain customer satisfaction.

·       Maintain and develop Channel Partner engagement and develop new and alternative channels. Increase e-business and channel breadth.

·       Prepare and execute sales and profitability forecasts for EMEA

·       Manage, motivate and develop our sales team to overachieve sales and profitability targets.

·       Set strategic marketing plans and execute them in alignment with our Marketing Team.

·       Closely collaborate with all local and international Lenovo Business Units.

·       Develop relations with all Lenovo Alliance Partners such as Microsoft, Intel, AMD, etc.


Organization

You will report to our General Manager for Turkey supporting customers in the SMB segment. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.


What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling into the SMB segment and Channel Management.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Ability to be a team player, collaborating with local and international colleagues.
  • High presentation and representation skills.
  • Proven track record in developing channel partners and initiating new businesses in new and alternative channels.
