Description and Requirements

Main responsibilities.
Act as L2 support for SMSC Claims team, engaging with other Lenovo teams and Parts Vendors to find resolution to issues affecting AWSPs enrolled in the NA AWSP Program. Maintain internal Processes documentation, including documentation subject to audit review. Update and improve current processes. Draft and send communications to AWSPs.
Requirements - Strong organizational and project management skills - Effective time management - Collaborative and autonomous - The candidate should be able to communicate proficiently in English. Illustrator skills are advantageous, but training is provided. The candidate should have good management of Excel (pivots; macros desirable).
