Description and Requirements

Operation Responsibilities

*Lead monthly/quarterly BS review with region CFO
*Improve B/S healthy and manage COS to improve the recon quality.
*Closing issue solving and late entry review/submission
*Ensure practice compliance no exposure
*Provide accounting guidance to business/finance for existing business
*Financial report fluctuation analysis for owned region
*Continuous improvement initiatives
*Project support on new business/process

Experience Requirements:
*More than 5 years working experiences in Accounting area
*“Big 4” experience preferred
*SAP experience preferred
*International background p referred
*IFRS or IAS Knowledge recommend

Skill Requirements:

*High analytic and re porting skills
*High communication skill
*Fluent oral and written English
*Familiar with SAP FICO
*Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT

Qualification:
Intermediate a ccountant/CPA is preferred

Education:
*Bachelor is required
*Major in Accounting is preferred
