Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the SSC business support new warranty offering enablement. Closely work with business teams to clarify the requirement from customers and project leader.
2.Organize cross SSC teams to design SSC support models, quotations, and clarify business processes and responsibilities, while supporting service supply chain metrics after project launch.
3. Lead the upsell offering system optimization and work out the business transition plan, support UAT of the business systems, especially for SR and WaaS business.
4. Summarize the business solution for each project, summarize the successful case and support the supply chain capability preparation for new customers.
Job Requirements:
· 1+years of global supply chain experience;
· Fluent in English(written, oral);
· Familiar with SAP system;
· Strong data processing and analysis capabilities, proficient in Excel and familiar with power BI tools is preferred;
· Strong team assistance ability; Have good learning ability; Result-oriented; Clear logical thinking;
· Ability to solve problems and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
