Sales Support Specialist- LGFS

You will

• Support designated LGFS geo sales team in driving sales.
• Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and prepare structures (with SME support) that meet those requirements. This may involve global deals, sale and leaseback transactions, flex or other structured lease transactions.
• Pull together quotes and assist in the preparation of customer proposals.
• Support or drive the execution of contracts and/or agreements with the customer.
• Support the sales team in pipeline maintenance via timely and accurate data.
• Transitioning new customers originated by your sales team into BAU.
• Work on Master Service Agreement (MSA) transactions with the Services Transition Team.
• Work on Master Lease Agreement (MLA) transactions working with the LGFS Lease admin team.
• Work with the customer and internal teams to diagnose & remediate the issue
• Execute sales enablement processes, training, and collateral as required.

You bring

• Ten years(10) years of relevant experience in Sales support & Leasing in Hardware/ Software industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint Presentations.
