Description and Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support person who is familiar with the characteristics of leasing transactions and the sales process to close those deals. You have an eye for detail and are able to understand the needs of the sales team and the customer and facilitate the satisfaction of those needs. You are a comfortable communicator that can engage via email and verbally with varied stakeholders.

You will be part of Lenovo Global Financial Services organization and will report to Manager of Lenovo Financial Services.


There are four main roles that the Sales Support Specialist engages in supporting:

  •  Designated LGFS geo sales team in driving sales
    • working with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preparing structures (with SME support) that meet those requirements. This may involve global deals, sale and leaseback transactions, flex or other structured lease transactions
    • pulling together quotes and assisting in preparation of customer proposals
    • supporting or driving as required the execution of contracts and/or agreements with the customer
    • supporting the sales team in pipeline maintenance via timely and accurate data

  • Transitioning new customers originated by your sales team into BAU
    • working with the Services Transition Team and with the LGFS Lease admin team

  • Problem solving for any LGFS related customer satisfaction issues
    • Working with the customer and internal teams to diagnose and remediate the issue

  • The execution of sales enablement processes, training and collateral as required


  • Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or business preferred
  • Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders to facilitate outcomes in a diverse organisation
  • Experience in an equipment Leasing business and a knowledge of key concepts 
  • Strong excel skills and an ability to form opinions on commercial outcomes based on analysis of data
  • Proven track record in support a leasing or ‘aaS’ sales process for large clients
  • Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication and problem resolution skills
  • Understanding of equipment lease pricing methodologies
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
  • Business fluent English and local language required

Nice to Have:

  • Internal Lenovo experience with organizational systems and processes
  • Experience in business process design and mapping

Success Metric Details:

  • Effective and efficient sales team and sales processes driving the achievement of sales team targets
  • Accurate calculation of quotes, accurate analysis being fed into proposals, accurate reporting of information pertaining to deal commercials and profitability
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through working with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and Lenovo commitments are achieved
  • Ability to demonstrate contribution to improved internal processes delivering greater levels of speed, accuracy, reliability and/or efficiency in customer related processes

Applicable for Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.700 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
