Description and Requirements

Lenovo Slovakia is looking for the Services and Solutions Group Operations Specialist for Channel and SMB. 

***Please note: This is a maternity cover contract.***


Your Key responsibilities in this role will be: 

  • Development of ad-hoc reports, as well as processing regular reports
  • Based on the user requirements, design, development and maintenance of the report and visualization in PowerPoint
  • Calculation of quarterly targets for specific regional roles and business partners
  • Coordination of reporting initiatives involving cross-functional teams
  • Quarterly data maintenance in various systems (seller / territory setup, discount grids, etc.)
  • Identification, analyzing and interpreting trends/patterns in data sets
  • Serve as a focal point for Services Sales and regional Operations teams
  • Provide timely and responsive replies to all communications.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and maintain documentation.


Position Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
  • Good communication skills (presenting over the phone, taking requirements, data tracking, having discussion with people abroad)
  • Able to communicate in professional-level English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills: Excel (ideally also VBA & Macros), DB: SQL server, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Qlik Sense is an advantage


Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.750 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
