• Create, develop and enhance a suite of visualization reports using PowerBI for executive and services sales leadership.
• Leverage modern BI tools to extract and manipulate data from a variety of diverse sources.
• Document data models, created measures, and infrastructure as they are developed.
• Perform analysis on datasets to understand data structure and possible visuals to answer business questions.
• Work as part of a larger sales operations team partaking in collaboration and assisting others when needed.
• Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the Services Sales planning and reporting efforts.
• Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to Services Sales. Recommends revisions to existing reports and develops new reports/analyses as required.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve overall operations reporting processes.
• Ad hoc duties as required.
