Description and Requirements
The Senior Software Product Manager is a key role in our Global Product Service team within Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG). We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who can help us to define the Digital Customer Experience for our services business. In this role, you will understand customers' needs, work with business stakeholders across the organization to define the personalized, persistent and immersive digital customer experience that we want to deliver to our customers, work with development team to deliver the digital assets required to enable the experience.
This is a remote opportunity, anywhere in the US.
What you will be doing:
- You´ll have a deep understanding of customers' needs and wants
- You will be working with customers and business stakeholders to define the digital customer experience with a focus on services.
- Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on vision, strategy and priorities.
- Own and drive the product roadmap; Help identify and document Use Cases that will define product delivery priorities and timelines.
- Own and drive product development by working closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Engineering Team, and other stakeholders on product delivery in the Agile environment
- Work with key business stakeholders to ensure that prioritized solutions are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ year experience in IT service or technology service
- 3+ years' experience in software product management experience.
- 3+ years' experience with Agile methodology and scrum team experience.
- Prior experience with driving product strategy, building a business case and revenue model for a product and/or defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive product innovation.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex software product definition and development with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational skills, especially the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities being executed by multiple teams.
- Great Analytical Skills
- Prior experience in Digital Customer Experience.
- Prior experience in defining the customer journey
- Strong analytical & business skills and ability to evaluate a mix of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to communicate and work with geographically dispersed team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Documentation and Presentation skills.
The base salary range for this position in California, Colorado, New York City, Nevada, and Washington, is $153,000 -$199,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
