We are seeking a strategic and analytical Planning and Analysis Manager to join the SSG training team. This role will provide critical support in planning, forecasting, and analyzing training programs focused on sales and presales teams across all global regions. You will act as a strong collaborator and data-driven thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
You will work closely with Sales Enablement teams, GEO L&D leads, Portfolio planning teams, Business Unit stakeholders to ensure our global training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and introduction schedules, delivered efficiently, and measured effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly and annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting for global sales and presales training programs.
- Analyze training data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
- Track and report KPIs such as engagement, completion, satisfaction, cost-per-learner, and ROI.
- Manage budgets, vendor costs, and internal resource allocations for global training initiatives.
- Partner with regional teams to tailor training impact analysis and recommend localized improvements.
- Develop dashboards and executive scorecards using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Support program evaluation through assessments, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.
- Build business cases and ROI models for new or expanded training efforts.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in planning, analysis, or business operations, preferably within a learning and development, sales enablement, or consulting environment.
- Experience supporting global teams and programs across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong project management; analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with L&D metrics, training ROI, and evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) is a plus.
