The SW Ecosystem Product Manager is at the foundation of the Lenovo software product enablement process, ensuring integration with Lenovo processes, Platforms and Solutions. Your role is crucial in enabling software lifecycle management, and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to improve your problem solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portion of the Lenovo ISG software portfolio and its lifecycle management.
- Define prioritization of projects based on business requirements and strategy.
- Enable the portfolios in the different Lenovo systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with diverse groups, from IT to procurement to improve user experience with Lenovo systems and processes.
- Partner with the Software Alliance Managers to drive product strategy
- Support the different geographies for enablement of the Software portfolio.
- Collaborate with Software vendors to deliver a comprehensive understanding of different software products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in product/program management or software development. (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with back-end support processes.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and create innovative solutions.
- Effective communication skills with end customers, Lenovo sellers, IT teams, Support teams, executives’ teams and their unique requirements.
- Solid project management, leadership and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members.
