Description and Requirements

The role will be responsible for handling all the assigned Telco Accounts across all Motorola and/or Lenovo products. 

Your key responsibilities

Develop the yearly strategy and business case for key accounts.

Achieve/overachieve quantitative and qualitative targets on a regular basis.

Create and execute marketing initiatives and sales programs to increase market share with each assigned partner.

Manage the Sell-In process with each partner via appointed distributors or direct deliveries.

Support the Sell-Out process to achieve partner KPIs.

Manage inventory and take appropriate measures to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations.

Coordinate all trade marketing activities with each retail partner.

Develop new retail and online initiatives with key Telco partners in Romania to achieve better visibility in target POS/online stores.

Position requirements 

3+ years of experience in a sales position within the technology hardware industry, selling products to Telco partners, preferably smartphones.

Experience in introducing new products to the market and a demonstrated history of working with multiple-level contacts in Romania.

Experience in trade marketing and in growing existing accounts and a demonstrated track record of selling products through a channel.

Entrepreneurial personality with the ability to influence others.

Strong proficiency in English.

Possession of a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel
