In this role you will become the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Tier 2 (T2) Business Operations Specialist and you will introduce and manage dedicated sales operations support for this new CSP.
You will drive the operational efficiencies and provide innovative and consistent approaches to measuring the business to ensure alignment between the sales results and the organization’s objectives.
What else is waiting for you in this role?
- Work closely with the sales team and CSP Business Operations Manager to ensure alignment with the operational objectives and reporting for the overall Cloud Service Provider business and provide support for overall CSP organization.
- Lead operational support for T2 CSP Sales Leadership team working with Tier 2 Sales Director in NA and sales teams in EMEA & AP.
- Manage forecasting process for T2 CSP Leadership including operational support required in sales cadences & organizing revenue & fresh load forecasts by account & seller.
- Provide support for T2 data & reporting in leadership reviews
- Manage reporting including pipeline & load/ship data including ensuring accuracy and provide insight to increase business intelligence. Proactivity on critical focus areas of the business and drive pipeline accuracy & hygiene, along with accountability for the sales team.
- Sales territory management and control to maintain the integrity of the CSP segment account list.
- Support deployment of sales targets and their attainment to help maintain motivated sales teams.
- Help ensure alignment between pipeline & SOP involvement for T2 sales
What are the role requirements?
- 5+ years of experience in a sales/ business operations roles
- Understanding of reporting to upper management and the track against KPI metrics
- Understanding of sales processes and ability to identify key gaps in sales productivity
- Interpersonal and communications skills to engage senior management as well as regional sales community
- Analytical skills, quick grasp and detail orientation with ability to break down complex tasks into manageable pieces
- Fluent English

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2450 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
