Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Acquiring new accounts within Global Accounts Business in GTAP region
  • Responsible for Go To market strategy to acquire new accounts / grow new lines of business across IDG, ISG & SSG
  • Lead a team of Account Executives across the region, develop staff competencies and drive employee engagement
  • Develop effective relationships with select key customer stakeholders, decision makers and influencers globally
  • Drive all regional planning and reporting, be an active member of the leadership team
  • Overall P&L responsibility, Coordinate resources to appropriately balance strategic objectives with financial return
  • Deep understanding of Lenovo product / services road map, product differentiation and value proposition
  • Effective communications skills (verbal and written) with sensitivity and appreciation for geographic, language and cultural diversity
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experiences in sales, account management and account acquisition
  • Team management experience across a regional function is required
  • Travelling is expected and applicant must be willing to travel frequently as needed by the business
  • Great personality with the ability to connect with customers at all levels
