Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Australia & New Zealand ISG business Strategy for Key Accounts, Channel portfolio and Profitability mix and RTM
• Responsible for growing Lenovo share in a fiercely competitive market and achieve the forecasted numbers in Servers, Storage, Solutions and Services
• Accountable for delivering a healthy gross margin with consistent growths on a yearly basis for the Enterprise Business in ANZ
• Lead the teams of ISG Enterprise Specialist Sales , Presales , Product Management and leverage matrix support of Segments, Channel partner Mgt, Services teams,
• Review and guide Enterprise Business Management and Review Systems • Sustain and improve C-Satisfaction score on Customer, Channel and Employees survey


Key functional/technical competencies:

• Understanding of the Server Market Ecosystem (Customers, Channel Partners , ISVs and Competition)
• Technical Aptitude and understanding of IT Offerings
• Ability and Experience to Lead a Sales, Presales and Services team driving the x86 Server, Storage and Solution Business
• Exceptional business analysis and quantitative skills. Based on prior professional experience, the candidate should have developed sound business/commercial judgment and critical thinking
• Strong analytical framework to process complicated issues and solve problems
• Bias for action, drive for results while demonstrating positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Education/ Qualification / Work Experience:

• Must Have: Master degree in business administration or engineering from a top-tier university
• 18-20 years professional experience in the Server / Storage Industry
• Analyzing, Planning and Organizing, Interpersonal skills, Writing and reporting
• Delivering high performance and meeting customer preferences
