Sales Enablement Content Success Manager
Join our dynamic international team as a Sales Enablement Content Success Manager within the International Sales Organization’s Sales Transformation & Enablement organization.
In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing, ensuring our sales enablement content operates at peak efficiency. Your expertise will enhance the quality, relevance, and accessibility of our sales enablement content, offering you the chance to work closely with the sales and marketing teams and expand your industry knowledge. You’ll take on diverse responsibilities, from content governance, support for sales and marketing, to content value, utilization, and beyond. This position demands attention to detail, collaborative abilities, and an innovative spirit to foster operational excellence and drive strategic sales initiatives.
You'll be responsible for:
- Adhere to and apply governance policies for sales enablement content, primarily hosted on Highspot, ensuring quality, relevance, and findability.
- Support sales enablement initiatives through close collaboration with publishers, aligning messaging, templates, and content to be curated within sales workflows.
- Assist the ISO Content Curation and Enablement team with day-to-day activities for efficient operations.
- Analyze content utilization reports and communicate insights to Sales and cross-functional teams.
You'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or related fields.
- Advanced in PowerPoint, proficient analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables), and familiarity with databases.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate and inform sales and marketing strategies.
