The Role

As a Fortune Global 500 company with US$50+ billion in revenue, Lenovo’s vision is to become the leader in Intelligent Transformation through PCs, tablets, AR/VR, smart devices, infrastructure, and solutions and services that create the best user experience. We are looking for a talented sales enablement manager for our new Solutions and Services Group (SSG), to be a part of Lenovo’s evolution into a world-leading technology solutions company. 

The role will be based in the United States (Raleigh/Durham, NC area preferred), and will collaborate closely with product managers, sales, marketing, and Geo teams around the world to map out and develop our solutions and services sales enablement and training materials, all in a unified “One Lenovo” brand experience. This role is focused on enabling our sales teams and business partner network, driving awareness, consideration and preference for Lenovo’s solutions and services offerings.  

Responsibilities overview:

  • Leading, developing and managing solutions and services sales enablement activities and projects.
  • Planning, coordinating and deployment of Lenovo’s solutions and services learning, training and product education.
  • Facilitation of global, cross-function and cross-geo alignment on solutions and services sales materials and training content.
  • Creating and developing the communications content, processes, and tools to engage our sellers and business partners
  • Overseeing end-to-end sales enablement performance, including monitoring and analyzing the usage of sales enablement content and education materials; optimizing and improving throughout the process.
  • Evaluating metrics and impact to ensure success of sales enablement execution and process. Ensuring ROI documentation
  • Supporting solutions and services product launches by coordinating with product managers and sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive SSG’s customer reference program
  • Coordinate with other key business units and geography teams to ensure SSG message is integrated into other relevant marketing materials
  • Manage marketing agencies to develop relevant sales content, including web, training, presentations and other deliverables

Position Requirements

  • 4+ years of b2b technology related channel or business development experience
  • Degree level qualification in marketing, communications, business studies or equivalent
  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training or support
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically
  • Ability to comprehend often complex new technologies and translate into a variety of communications materials
  • Experienced in the business use of social media channels
  • A problem solver and quick learner who is proactive, flexible and resilient and with the innate ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, but can work dynamically in a virtual and cross-cultural group settings
  • A background in project management and business operations
  • Ability to adapt, influence change and be creative
  • Attention to detail.
