Who You’ll Work With: ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) - Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers.

ISG's Sales Learning & Development Team is responsible for the effectiveness and impact of all sales training programs pertaining to ISG, including the development and delivery of learning programs targeted for Lenovo‘s Sales Organizations dispersed globally.

The Sales Learning Program and Systems Manager role will be a key and core member of the WW ISG Sales Learning & Development Team. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and well-organized to effectively support delivery of digital training programs. A successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced, data-driven, customer-centric environment.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the overall lifecycle of sales digital learning content, from creation through editing, approvals, publishing and archiving of aged materials.
• Review, organize and publish digital content assets as LMS administrator.
• Define the partner end-user learning experience through content curation, role-based learning paths, subject and skill-centered training assignment, and defining automation criteria for content recommendations and announcements.
• Serve as a point of contact for the ongoing assessment of content through auditing, maintaining, and providing content performance records.
• Deliver usage reports to help content developers understand knowledge gaps with existing content inventory and to identify improvement opportunities for curriculum, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of training in achieving business outcomes.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Lenovo’s learning content development software, tools and platforms, by understanding and leveraging platform functionality and configuration options with a focus on continual improvement, innovation and ultimately end-user adoption and usage.
• Serve as project lead for the LMS implementation by ensuring technical feasibility and system scalability, building strategic relationships with LMS vendors and leverage these relationships for development of new functionality that would benefit Lenovo.
• Develop and maintain standardized process documentation while implementing digital content standards defined by Learning and Development.

Position Requirements:

- Education/Experience: Bachelor degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate project administration experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Expert knowledge of Learning Management Systems, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Smartsheet
- Strong attention to detail
