In this role you will be leading Saudi Arabia Sales handling revenue and profitability targets for Motorola Smartphones.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with major Distributors and Large Format Retailers
- Achieve all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, and development of new Key Accounts
- Develop the business strategy and drive end to end ownership and accountability for Key Account that includes complete ownership of the Sales Process
- Define and Review Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Lenovo’s Business growth targets.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Retail, product, logistics, operations and marketing to build go to market strategy for product launches, define portfolio based on local requirements and drive global priorities.
Organization
The role will report to Sales Lead, Mobile Business Group for Middle East and North Africa.
What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
* At least 10 years sales management experience within the technology smartphone industry, with some exposure to high volume sales and proven track record of high-tech product sales management experience in retail.
* Fluency in Business English
* Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high-volume technology related company
* Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment.
* Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities
