Description and Requirements

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • MEA MBR decks and summary reports preparation. 
  • MEA Cadences ( ISO/ IDG/ISG) : design, define metrics, schedule and drive Submarket level reviews.
  • IDC report customized views for MEA Ops and Finance
  • Analyse results and share findings and actions with Sub Market
  • EMEA BMS/ Mx/ QBR : own and co coordinate complete deliverable( setting up prep calls, co coordination. Actions update to final deck submission)
  • End to end accountability for SIP process – Target set up to CPS closing.
  • Updation and maintenance of MEA SIP principles and Framework
  • Engage and Leverage EMEA I & C analyst and Teritory Ops for complete process akin to rest of EMEA.
  • Calibration of P & L performance to Commison payouts
  • Quarterly briefing calls to Extended sales teams on SIP status.
  • EMEA and MEA cadence Rel cadence ownership - work with REL team in setting up cadence, metrics, scheduling and driving actions
  • D365 database – ownership and maintenance along with territory Ops.

 Your profile:

  • Fluent in English
  • Power Bi (Good to have)
  • Lenovo Dubai office located role
  • Critical to meet deadlines on deliverables
  • Ability to work well while coordinate with multiple teams across EMEA
