SALES OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT FOR KIOSKS AND LOM

Main responsibility: to provide management and operational support for Motorola Direct Sales Channels = Kiosks and LOM

E-commerce/LOM operational scope:

  • Product set up and management for LOM and Marketplaces (monthly)
  • Manage LOM and Marketplaces inventories (daily)
  • Manage supply operational flow
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data - on a summarized and yet effective way to the Managers
  • P&L tracking and management (daily)

Kiosks operational scope:

  • Support Sales and Supply Chain activities
  • Purchase Order management
  • Follow-up on client’s finance debits and credits
  • Place and manage debit and credit memos
  • Product set up and management in Lynx ERP
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data - on a summarized and yet effective way to the Managers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners at all levels in order to guarantee the executions
  • Submit and control Plans and Proof of Executions and Expenses
  • P&L tracking and management (daily)


Skills/Requeremnt:

  • Bachelor Degree. 
  • Excellent analytical skills. 
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data, transform it into relevant information for the business, and communicate critical information to different teams.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Advanced knowledge on Bigdata handling (SQL).
  •  Fluent in English (written and oral skills).
