Description and Requirements
The IT Sales Rep for the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) area serving a given account territory that includes the government sector and private initiative (large business), management and attention to T1 and T2 channels is required.
This position will be able to put more focus on selling and managing the strategy of relational projects which are usually complex, and to spend more time with the customer. Is also in charge to drive incremental sales/bids in the territory.
Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of technology sales experience (mandatory)
- 3 - 4 years Management and attention to channels is required
- 3- 4 years of Customer Success Role
- Comprehension of English
- Proven critical thinking, proactive-reactive, take initiatives and decision-making skills
- External / Internal Customer facing experience
- Customer Service
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excel/Outlook/Power Point
- Strong customer service skills
