At Lenovo/Motorola, we’re looking for a Sales Retail Intern to join our B2C Sales Team in Madrid. This is your chance to dive deep into the smartphone industry, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in one of the most innovative tech companies out there!
What You'll Do:
As part of the Motorola Iberia Smartphone Team, you’ll work directly with the B2C Sales Manager to help shape our business strategy in Spain. Your role will be including:
- Competition Analysis – Stay ahead of the curve by tracking competitors’ strategies.
- Sales & Stock Monitoring – Help us optimize sales and inventory processes.
- Customer Engagement – Meet and build relationships with key customers and partners.
- Product & Promo Strategy – Collaborate with the team to roll out exciting products and promotions.
- Field Force Support – Assist the sales team in the field to ensure smooth operations.
The role will evolve according to the speed of learning, and the desires of the candidate as the mission progresses. You will have the chance to evolve in a recent entity in full development, all in an entrepreneurial spirit where product expertise and sales will be mixed. This work-study program will allow you to understand the sales process in a company from start to finish, understand the role of the different partners in the sector, and master the technical aspects of smartphones. You will have regular interactions with the technical and product teams as well as the support functions in Europe.

Beyond the profile, the following minimum skills are required:
- Availability for a 1-year work-study program.
- Fluent Spanish (native or advanced) and fluent English.
- A background in commercial education (min. 3 years).
- Comfortable with Office Suite/Google tools.
- Great communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
- An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies.
