Description and Requirements

Sales & Productivity

Responsible for the supervision of the Inside Sales Consultants, including the tracking of the Revenue and margin results and preparing recovery plans when necessary. This telesales team be focused on sales for Consumer and Small Business customers, and will attend customers via Phone, Chat and email, providing consultative recommendations about technology solutions

Keep tracking of the KPIs about sales productivity, including close rate, talking time and quality, ensuring the right training and guidance of the team, and providing constant feedback

Create and maintain the tools, scripts and reports of the Telesales team.

Create quarterly plans, aligning the segment targets, individual quota, and capacity planning

Support career development/planning and performance of team members.

Telesales Operation Skills

Responsible to manage the tools of a call center operation;

Organize the scheduling of the Inside Sales team, to ensure maximum performance.

Be able to analyze performance trends & historical patterns ensuring short and long term capacity planning

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree
  • English advanced or fluent
  • Spanish is a plus
  • NPS tools
  • CRM Dynamics or similar
  • Expertise within WebSales
  • Leadership expertise (07 direct)
