Description and Requirements
Motorola Mobility is looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist, who will be responsible for the creation and management of paid search. He/She will own the end to end search strategy, including briefs, reporting and optimizations, staying on top of the latest trends and product updates, and supporting the launch of new devices. Other responsibilities include ad copy creation, keyword strategy and bidding for Performance Max and text ads.
Responsibilities
Research of competitive paid search landscape
Demonstrated ability to generate keyword targets including expansion on current strategy and improved organization of current paid search campaigns
Ideation and generation of paid search ad copy
Implementation of paid search ad copy testing
Weekly and monthly SEM reporting to demonstrate results and track performance over time
Analysis of paid search trends through Google Analytics, search platform reports and third-party tools
Ensure the health of the campaigns, spending budgets in full, while exceeding business KPIs
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize performance
Work closely with media teams to provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance, business strategy
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience managing search strategies (preferred in Google platforms for both search & shopping)
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Marketing, Finance or a quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Experience working in other media platforms (e.g. social and programmatic) is a plus
Experience working in SA360 or other bid management platforms is a plus
Experience working in Amazon Ads is a plus
Experience working in Walmart Advertising is a plus
