 You will work closely with multiple service delivery teams to ensure team delivers overall Smart Security Service and support to our customers

  • Lead a team of IT security professionals in planning and implementing programs that protect the complete IT infrastructure
  • Define and develop policies, processes, and procedures as it pertains to IT security protection.
  • Act as go-to point for IT security service and advise various internal, partner, and customers
  • Actively participate in solutioning the deal
  • Lead deal closure kick-off meetings, review meetings
  • Manage security systems, such as firewalls, data protection controls, patching, encryption, vulnerability scanning
  • Review security processes and identify control gaps within processes of operational and business activities
  • Conduct gap assessment against policies, standards, and compliance standards and provide resolution for implementation
  • Develop templates, forms and supporting documentation for the implementation of information security programs
  • Perform risk assessment to identify security gaps and non-compliances
  • Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices
  • Manage data wiping include a single pass overwrite, a three pass overwrite, a seven pass overwrite, and a secure erase.
  • Implement and centrally manage enterprise antivirus and related systems
  • Assign time-bound access to resources using start and end dates
  • Direct the installation and use of security tools (e.g., firewalls, data encryption), to protect sensitive information.
  • Recommend security enhancements to IT Management.
  • Ensure that IT security audits are conducted periodically or as needed (e.g., when a security breach occurs).
  • Identify and migrate all non-compliant environments to compliant environments
  • Own the billing process and drive for successful deal renewals
  • Balance costs, performance & quality
  • Identify and initiate service improvement initiatives
  • Regular performance metrics are produced, analyzed and achieved in order to identify opportunities for improvement, such as: KPIs & Operational metrics
  • Plan Capacity, Hiring and Training with Business Operations to optimize headcount requirements.
  • Interface with the other service towers and directly with the customer base on critical escalations and call resolution
  • Focus on Individual development of team members, including technical skill and professional development.
  • Lead and/or being involved in Global Strategic Initiatives
  • Graduation in Engineering with suitable certifications in Security Domain.
  • Members of Peer Policy making Organizations in Security Domain
  • Thought leader in Security domain
  • 20 years of experience in the IT service industry with a minimum of 10 years in Security service management, including people management
  • Experience of service management in a cloud related to end user computing environment.
  • Proven record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience of agile and/or lean start-up type methodologies would be beneficial.
  • Advanced Experience in a variety of endpoint Security solutions such as Sophos, Symantec AV, MS Forefront, or TrendMicro, Sentinel one
  • Experience in Vulnerability Management and Risk Analysis
  • Experience with Antivirus Security tools, content filtering, IDS/IPS/vulnerability is an advantage.
  • Symantec SCSP -FIM compliance report, configuration management, log and event monitoring
  • Experience in maintaining enterprise Antivirus, Privilege management (Quest Privilege manager, Beyond Trust) and encryption management solutions (MBAM,Bitlocker)
  • Design and installation of AV infrastructure and configuration of AV clients 
  • Complete knowledge on AV console and pull the reports and compliance as requested
  • Demonstrated high levels of customer focus.
