JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced software sales leader to join the Cloud Software Sales Team, focused on building a team to targeting new customers and expand the footprint of Lenovo’s ThinkShield portfolio of security solutions. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment. This person should be passionate about creating processes to sell solutions to mid and large businesses and have a proven track record of managing high performing team that identify, engage, and close SaaS security software-focused opportunities.
As a Security Sales Leader your job is to build a team that engages new customer accounts, uncovers their needs, and guide them through the buying process independent of hardware or services sales. You will also be tasked with leading the efforts to sell into existing accounts with a team that is a sales resource to our hardware sales organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own all aspects the sales process by building working with marketing, sales operations, and the ThinkShield product team
- Build relationships with Lenovo hardware sales leadership to penetrate accounts where there is a software component of the sale, or where new software sales opportunities exist
- Develop expertise in Lenovo ThinkShield software solutions to effectively manage larger opportunities with your team
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, and build accurate forecasting methodology
- Prioritize workload to meet all KPI’s, goals, and sales objectives
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Experience presenting and demonstrating software solutions to customers, IT staff, and senior management
- Demonstrated success building process to improve all stages of the sales funnel from prospecting to closing
- Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience
- 3-5 years of proven, sales leadership experience in software sales management role selling complex security-focused solutions
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Self-directed with a track record or meeting or exceeding assigned team quotas
- This position is fully remote, but may require up to 20% travel
