Description and Requirements


•            Manage the Colombian  PCSD and ISG legal area to support the Colombia business operations as well as support to the General Sr. Manager in Chile, Perú, Venezuela,  Central America and Caribbean zone.

•            Supporting regional COE in the review, drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements.

•            Advise and support on regional public bids

•            Manage litigation (labor-tax-consumer & commercial) and other types of legal proceedings

•            Support for advise management on various legal risks including labor/employment, tax, product quality and privacy/data security issues;

•            Maintain corporate governance of  LAS legal entities

•            Manage outside counsel and carefully monitor legal budget

•            Support  the Ethics and Compliance programs, provide trainings and support Internal Audit team for investigations;

•            Evaluate current processes and practices in light of improving business environment;

•            Analyze complex legal and business situations and provide solutions and recommendations to meet business goals and legal requirements;

•            Closely communicate and collaborate with peer counsels in LA and BUs/Functions;

Job Requirements:

•            Legal degree (LLM or master in law a plus)

•            Minimum 5 years’ experience with 3 years specific experience in a multinational working environment; preferably with experience in technology companies with manufacturing capabilities (desirable having experience advising other countries in LAS)

•            Fluent in English
