Description and Requirements

Job Description:

1. Provide legal counsel and manage legal affairs for Lenovo’s Internet Consumer department in the PRC, supporting products like Lenovo App Store, Lenovo PC Manager, and the Developer Platform.

2. Oversee civil and commercial litigation related to contract disputes and anti-competition cases.

3. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements. Develop guidelines, policies, and templates for all internet platforms and products, with a strong focus on contract risk management.

4. Conduct research and provide legal guidance on internet industry laws and regulations, particularly in advertising and gaming; participate in forums and activities both internally and externally, deliver compliance training, and support business operations by refining company contracts and business systems and processes.

5.  Maintain regular communication with international teams and partners to support the Internet Consumer Division’s global business expansion.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in law.

2. PRC-qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

3. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills.

4. Strong business insight and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.

6. Experience in artificial intelligence compliance is a plus.
