Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Global SMB Marketing team is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to plan, develop, implement, track and optimize multiple marketing campaigns and programs across various marketing channels and tactics globally, in order to drive demand generation and create pipeline. Supported by creative and editorial resources, you will be responsible for aligning our brand narratives and business objectives with the team’s content strategies. As a senior member of the global SMB team, you will be at the forefront of our transformational efforts strengthening Lenovo’s position as an end-to-end solutions provider for SMBs.


  • Work closely with marketing and business leaders to translate business goals and objectives into meaningful marketing campaigns and programs that deliver engagement, leads, funnel and revenue
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate the product and solution messaging and into compelling customer engagement campaigns that can scale across various regions and markets.
  • Define clear campaign blueprints, clearly identifying the target audiences, goals of campaigns and the steps to execute on them
  • Develop campaign briefs through the alignment of creative and content teams, setting goals and approach through identifying and ideating on compelling storylines
  • Lead the development of the media strategy, content, creative development and agency management; Work with the agency and internal teams to manage campaign assets creation, including digital/social ads, emails, landing pages, and nurture flows.
  • Own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities; Work with the marketing operations team to setup and manage campaigns performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant field
  • 7+ years of B2B Marketing experience for a hardware and/or technology company
  • Demonstrated understanding of the SMB customer audience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills working in a global, highly collaborative work environment
  • Experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with creative agencies to produce digital, social, and thought leadership assets.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
  • Work with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine campaign effectiveness and impact
