We are seeking a Sr Digital Transformation Analyst - Marketing who will play a critical role in driving the strategy, planning, and execution of digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function. This position requires a deep understanding of both digital marketing and transformation processes, coupled with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in leveraging technology to improve marketing performance, efficiency, and customer engagement.
The Sr Digital Transformation Analyst - Marketing will collaborate with marketing teams, IT, and other business units to implement innovative digital solutions, enhance the customer experience, and support data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies across the marketing function to optimize processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define digital marketing goals and identify the necessary technologies, tools, and platforms required to achieve these goals.
- Identify and analyze industry trends, new digital marketing technologies, and emerging practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Technology Implementation and Integration:
- Provide expertise in the selection and implementation of digital marketing platforms, such as DAM/CMS tools, AI solutions.
- Lead the integration of digital marketing tools with existing systems to streamline operations, improve data sharing, and enhance cross-channel marketing capabilities. The main focus will be on DAM/CMS.
- Ensure the adoption of new technologies by providing guidance, training, and support to marketing teams.
- Establish frameworks for marketing measurement and reporting that focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement digital solutions to automate, streamline, and optimize marketing workflows.
- Champion agile and lean methodologies within marketing teams, ensuring efficient execution of digital initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in the execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing, IT, product, and other business units to align digital transformation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to promote digital literacy and adoption of new tools and strategies within the organization.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with evolving trends in digital marketing and transformation, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, personalization, and advanced analytics.
- Encourage experimentation, piloting new digital initiatives, and scaling successful programs to continuously improve marketing outcomes.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, and digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Experience leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives within a marketing context.
- 10+ years of Experience leading and implementing digital transformation across global organizations.
- Expertise in a wide range of marketing technologies, such as AEM, customer data platforms (CDP), Gen AI tools.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
- Master's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
