Description and Requirements

Job Profile - Employee Experience Culture and Ops Specialist

Batch/ No. Of Years of experience – (2019/2020/2021/2022) 2 to 5 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end onboarding & Induction of New joiners including NEO (New Employee Orientation) program.
  • Support HR processes like Corporate Card, Expense Management , Relocation, Exit process,
  • Design Employee communication around Policy & Process refreshers, Employee engagement communications, Manager Excellence series
  • Manage & drive performance and engagement tools 
  • Drive quarterly Culture engagement activities to strengthen One Lenovo culture.
  • Drive governance & process compliance for labor contract employees.
Education and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or a similar role.
  • MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
  • Experience managing onboarding, induction programs, and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., CPF, Amber).
  • Strong communication skills for creating employee communications and engagement programs.
  • Experience with HR processes like relocation support, expense management, and labor contract compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and employee-centric, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficient in HR software and knowledgeable in HR compliance and governance
